Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This policy explains how Supreme Life Accounting collects, uses and protects personal data on this website, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), known as the PDPA.

If anything here is unclear, or you want us to act on your data, email info@supremelife-group.com and a person will reply.

1. Who we are

Supreme Life Accounting is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

115/35 Moo 5, Na Klua, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand
Email: info@supremelife-group.com
Telephone: +66 (0) 98 239 9639

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Personal data we handle in the course of an accounting, audit, legal, visa or property engagement is governed by the terms agreed with you for that work, and by the professional and statutory duties that apply to it.

3. What we collect

Information you choose to send us. If you email or telephone us using the details published on the site, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever else you include in your message. The enquiry form on our home page and Services & Support page asks for your name, your email address and your message; what you type is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on this site. This website takes no payments.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records the pages viewed, time on page, the site or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not tell us your name.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser identifier of every request, for security and troubleshooting.

Spam protection. The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device, browser and interaction data in order to tell a person from an automated script. That use is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, we do not build marketing profiles, and comments on articles are switched off.

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. On the pages that carry the enquiry form, Google reCAPTCHA may set a cookie of its own for the same anti-abuse purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect any part of this website.

Your cookie choice and third-party content

When you first visit this website a consent banner is shown. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Manage Consent” link, and your choice is remembered on the device you are using.

A full, automatically updated list of the cookies used on this website — including each cookie’s name, purpose and retention period — is available in our Cookie Policy.

Our Contact page embeds a map provided by Google Maps. That content stays blocked until you accept marketing cookies, because loading it sends your IP address to Google and allows Google to set cookies on your device. If you prefer not to accept, our full office address is also shown as plain text on the same page.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Analytics data and reCAPTCHA data are processed by Google LLC. Website hosting and server logs are handled by our hosting provider. Both operate servers outside Thailand, so using this website involves a transfer of data abroad under section 28 of the PDPA. We rely on those providers’ contractual data protection terms for that transfer.

We disclose personal data to a government authority, court or regulator only where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a short operational period.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the related records are kept for the period required by the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 and the Revenue Code, which is at least five years.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to:

  • give you access to your personal data, or a copy of it
  • correct data that is wrong, out of date or incomplete
  • delete your data, or make it anonymous
  • suspend our use of it while a question about it is settled
  • transfer it to another organisation in a machine-readable form

You may also object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@supremelife-group.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you for enough information to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee, 9th Floor, The Government Complex, Chaeng Watthana Road, Laksi, Bangkok 10210.

9. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we hold such data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
